We understand that it can be tricky to get sizing exactly right—especially after breast cancer or when shopping online. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for help with any aspect of your return or exchange, or even to let us know what you didn't like about what you ordered or what you were really looking for—we'd love to help you find the perfect piece(s). Additionally, since we are a customer-driven, small batch manufacturer who is constantly improving patterns and selection based on feedback, your comments might actually lead to even better garments for you and others. We want to make the garments that help you look and feel your best.
We'll happily help you find another size or style, or refund your purchase altogether, as long as your order adheres to the below return policy.
To be eligible for returns, please note the following criteria for the items:
- Received less than 30 days ago.
- Have not been worn, altered, washed, and are in saleable condition.
- Is returned in all original packaging with all tags and liners attached.
- Panties and bodysuits have been tried on over your own undergarments.
FREE SHIPPING FOR RETURNS
Shipping is free for all eligible returns that comply with the criteria above, were originally shipped to and are returned from the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, and APO/FPO addresses.
HOW TO RETURN
Start by filling out the Return Form enclosed with your order. Please indicate whether you'd like a store credit or refund. If you would like to exchange for a different color, size, or style, please fill out the exchange portion of the return and provide a payment method if there is additional amount due. Items purchased with a gift certificate will be refunded to a new gift certificate. If you have purchased items using a discount code or promotion, we're happy to honor the same code again for a one-time even exchange (new color or size in the same item).

- Shipping and handling charges on your original order, if applicable, are not refundable, unless we made a shipping error.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging so they are not damaged on their way back to us.
- Upon receipt of your return, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed and posted. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once it is completed!
If you have received an item as a gift and need to return it, our regular return policy still applies. You will receive a gift certificate for the full amount of the gift or we will refund the amount to the original purchaser once we receive the item(s) back from you.
To be eligible for a refund, your return must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt. Late returns will be accepted solely at the discretion of Kitt Allan Inc.
